Agapetes meiniana "Mountain Bells' is a shrubby, semi-climber with glossy, oval to lance-shaped leaves which have a pinkish tinge when new. The red to deep pink tubular flowers occur in the leaf axils and may occur at any time of year. They have a waxy appearance and are bell shaped to about 30 mm long. 'Mountain Bells' is a great addition to the garden, plant as an understory in sheltered positions where it will grow to 1.5m rounded shrub, also an excellent pot or hanging basket specimen.
